Video: How Lousika aka Ghana's Nicki Minaj Fell On ‘Ghana Meets Naija’ Stage

The second edition of the ‘Ghana Meets Naija’ was another success story for Bola Ray and his Entertainment crew. It was a show that gave artistes on the bill less to complain about – in terms of treatment before, during and after the show.
It also gave critics less to talk about.
It was a showdown for best of Ghanaian and Nigerian artistes for supremacy on stage. It was a show for two of the finest DJ’s in Ghana and Nigeria; Mensa and Neptune to show who rocked on the timetable.
It was also a show for the sponsors to show love and to know which of them gives more freebies on the night. Most of the sponsors gave out.
The stage perhaps barred many artistes from doing their normal jumping from one end of the stage to the other due to how slippery it was on the night. As a Hip Hop artiste, Lousika made her entrance on the stage felt as she moved from one end to the other until the fall.
Several other musicians also had a near-fall moments but Lousika’s fall was the kind of fall that kills instant dreams, especially in the presence of thousands of people.
But I like the way she got up quickly and reacted. Maybe another artiste would have behaved differently than she did.
