What should I call Rev.Isaac Owusu Bempah? I think false prophet is an understatement…This man is a real con, attention seeker, looking to deceive and entice people to his church with such a ridiculous prophesy…
This is the problem some of us have with churches, God and religious people. The bible says, you have to believe such things and such people right? Christians are entreated to believe things without evidence-FAITH. And this is the very concept being exploited by people like Rev Owusu Bempah.
After all, you cannot say God did not tell him that, same way you cannot establish whether God really told Moses and the other prophets anything or not…All you have to do as a Christian is have faith in these things-believe them without any evidence, no matter how absurd they may seem.

The founder and leader of Glorious Word Ministry International, Rev.Isaac Owusu Bempah has predicted that Ghana’s current President, John Dramani Mahama, will die this year unless the President and his advisers take steps to reverse it.
According to Rev Bempah, the earth-shattering prophesy was revealed to him on the night of December 31, 2012 and he announced it at the Church’s end of year service.
Rev Owusu Bempah confirmed the prophesy about the President, as well as other revelations in an interview on Adom TV’s Pampaso Thursday night, and on Adom FM’s Dwaso Nsem morning show on Friday February 8, 2013.
He bemoaned his inability to meet the President and inform him about the dark cloud hanging over his head and the necessary steps to be taken to avert the looming disaster.
“I have not been able to meet the President and inform him. A similar thing happened when I prophesied about the late President Mills, but they turned me away.”
He was at pains to stress, however, that the impending calamity could be averted if the entire nation but especially the President sought God’s help through prayer. Members of the Glorious Word Ministry International had already embarked on a fasting and prayer session.
The well-known man of God, who had earlier prophesied the death in 2012 of the late President John Atta Mills and former Vice President Aliu Mahama as well as a plane crash on December 31, 2011, also revealed the previous day on Adom TV’s Pampaso programme that the NPP was set to win its petition at the Supreme Court challenging the 2012 election results.
Not too long after Nana Akufo-Addo is sworn in as President, however, a senior member of the NPP who had held a national leadership position would pass away, the Prophet revealed.
It was not a done deal however, Rev Owusu Bempah added, and called on the 9 Supreme court judges presiding over the NPP’s petition to be bold and be true to the facts and evidence provided by the petitioners and respondents.
“I am pleading with the judges to be bold and speak the truth in their ruling; they hold the destiny of Ghana in their hands. They should remember they will also be judged by the Almighty when they die and if they give a false ruling they will account for it before their maker.
“If we are not careful, there will be trouble in Ghana after the judgment, unless we pray.”

just to make a few corrections, in the olden days if the prophets prophecy didnt come to pass they were stoned to death. so if the previous profets in the bible lived to prophecize other prophecis then they were true.
Well God reveals to redeem.. I pray God covers him with his blood, He’s still our president and all we need to do now is to pray for his life.. This man is only revealing what God told him and that doesn’t make him false. Is up to us Ghanaians to intercede for our president. Long life Prez mahama.
Hmmmm! I am not trying to approved what the prophet has said but I had a dream last month that President John Mahama died of food poisoning.

@nanaama943, I normally don’t believe in this kind of self made prophets but I am afraid because i also had a similar dream!! to make matters worse, 90% of my dreams come to pass, but i pray and hope that this one never come to pass. Oh Lord, please take the cup away from President John Mahama. Whoever dig a pit waiting for our dear President to fall in it so they can rejoice should fall in it themselves. Dear God, please let our president triumph over his enemies. Jehovah shaddai, please elevate our President above his detractors and the pharisees. Give him wisdom, strength and direction to succeed in fulfilling all the promises he made to Ghanaians so that the poor can have bread, and the homeless a roof over their head. You will all be better of praying for the president rather than dishing out insults on the man of God. He spoke what he has seen. The bible says touch not my anointed and do my prophets no harm. be careful those insult at anything and everything. Guys this is the same thing we did last year when he prophesier atta-mills will die.we insulted him and called him false prophet and it came to pass.let not think about politics but look at what he is saying.look don’t you see things are not well with the president,don’t you see the president is not of himself? whether bad or good prophecy,let all pray for the president and stop this insult before is too late
Most shallow people attribute a man of God’s mistake to fakeness; which is totally false in some cases. Men of God’s makes mistakes regardless of how anointed they’re, that doesn’t mean they’re not anointed to do what God has called them to do. God deals with every man of God and individual differently. In many cases we conclude what will happen to a man of God’s ministry after they fall but that is not the case with God. Sometimes the way we think is different from the way God thinks. God is no respector of persons; He chooses to deliver his word through whoever he wants. Some might wonder why he never revealed this word to a certain man of God other than this man. They probably might have received the same revelation or not but the bottom line is that God is no respector of individuals. People hear me out;if you dont know a man of God’s ministry personally, dont jump into conclusion about his life by virtue of what you read about him in the news. God bless Prophet Isaac for his prophetic mandate. May God grant him long life and the spirit of intercession for nations, individuals and the church of Jesus Christ.
If someone has to die ,it will be owusu bempah first before any one else. All good people of Ghana must come together and heed the cry for help of this God forsaken man, and encourage him to check into Pantang or one of our Psychriatric facilites for evaluation.
