According to a medical practitioner who spoke to Peacefmonline.com Anorexia nervosa is an emotional disorder that comes with an obsessive desire to lose weight by refusing to eat. It is characterized by immoderate food restriction and irrational fear of gaining weight, as well as a distorted body self-perception. It typically involves excessive weight loss and is usually found more in females than in males.
Due to the fear of gaining weight, people with this disorder restrict the amount of food they consume. This restriction of food intake causes metabolic and hormonal disorders. Patients suffering from anorexia nervosa may experience dizziness, headaches, drowsiness and a lack of energy.
However, the Doctor added that if the patient cannot maintain this worrying habit of not eating and they decided to start taking the normal eating routine, they mostly eat more making them gain excessive weight within a very short time.
It`s a medical condition that results in lack or loss of appetite for food after an apparent weight gain that needs an urgent intervention.

This is coming from a medical doctor who is not currently treating Yvonne Nelson for the disorder but decides to come up with such a diagnosis. I am glad that they used ’emotional disorder’ because Anorexia Nervosa is not a medical condition but psychological. It becomes medical when the individual realizes he or she has a problem and then a customize intervention is planned and implemented – comprehensive professional team led by a psychologist/mental health professional, nutritionist/dietician and a physician.
That awkward moment when doctors could diagnose emotional disorder with an x-ray……hehehehehehehe
Yvonne has always loved modelling. Right now, she is trying to advance her modelling career hence the weight loss. and she wants it international not loocal. so you people should just stop yapping ignorantly.

You need to calm down,you are doing well in all other areas don’ t kill yourself for some modelling job.come to think of it ,if you have to look this sickly to get a job,is it worth it?
