John Dumelo is my man but let me throw this at him—I think I am still permitted to say it as it is.
I spoke to John Dumelo and Fred Nuamah on Sunday’s afternoon and even though we were talking about their private jet experience to Congo and who the secret financier of the jet trip was, John was very much interested in how great it was to meet the president of Congo- His Excellency Sassou Nguesso.
I was happy for him and told him that; it is ‘damn’ great. However, I did not know he went to meet the whole President of a country and he was on his IPAD—-he did not mention it either…
I think these gadgets are slowly taking over our sense of communication and interpersonal skills. You get the opportunity to sit in the same room with a President of another country and instead of starring into his eyes, you are on your ipad?
Even if you are taking notes, take it on paper—-the conventional style.
Anyway, for those wondering! I was told during my conversation with Fred and John that, they flew into Congo on a Private jet to support a Charity event.
