  1. She had a history of violating visa regulations, and has been deported. Normally they informed you about deportation whether your bar was permanent or for a specific period. In the end, however, it does not matter a whole lot. You cannot re-apply until your bar is up. After that, you are highly unlikely to ever obtain another visa to the UK. Your record of violations will always be a factor in any visa application, even if your circumstances change, or you apply for a different type of visa, or you get a new passport, etc.

Furthermore, since she has been deported from UK for visa violations, she is likely barred from many other European countries. Countries share info, and deportees from one country are not welcome in another. Some countries automatically bar anyone who has any record of visa violations and/or deportation. As for both females they need to understand that they both violated the law. I had a friend who was deported this year and and agreed to go back to GH her lawyer requested for her to take her clothes with her only if we where able to bring it to detention centre. Which we did and rest of her stuff we, shipped it to Ghana for her so it all depends how good the lawyer you appoint is. one more thing for Gloria to sit here and start threatening Emilia is very stupid of her she needs to wake up and realise that she violated the law. And that either way she would have been caught especially with the new law here in the United Kingdom being tightened up GP’s, Landlords, Hospitals have been ask the act like Border Agencies. We can sit here and blame Emilia for everything but I believe that their is more to this story but things are being pushed on Emilia

Who knows if Eunice gets a chance to speak to PeaceFM she will be able to lay the truth on table until then let’s see what happens in the next “Dragonballs Z” episode.
