We know of several actresses who are itching now—-since after countless movies, their names have not appeared in the ‘Best Actress in Leading Role’ category of the Ghana Movie Awards. You can say they’ve not been lucky enough or probably they just can’t act…

Sonia Ibrahim (best known as the little sister of Juliet Ibrahim) made her first movie appearance in her sister’s self-produced movie, Number One Fan and shockingly, she has been nominated to battle for the ‘Best Actress in Leading Role’ award with Jackie Appiah, Yvonne Okoro, Yvonne Nelson and Maame Serwaa.

GhanaCelebrities.Com threw 3 questions to Sonia Ibrahim this morning to capture;

1. How she feels about the nomination.

2. If she is intimidated by the presence of the big names in her nominated category.

3. If the nomination means we will be seeing her in more movies or not.

Listen below to what she had to say to the above questions…

  1. That’s how one can tell that she is indeed intimidated by Jackie. Sonia doesn’t know how to answer questions. She is boring; for a second, I thought she was singing a lullaby. I was cracking up when she said she feels so proud and doesn’t care about winning. Baby actress needs confidence not pride.

  2. Mede3 give her a break na Ghanafuo kasa too much. This is her first movie and acting isn’t what she wholly intends to do. mtchewwww so whats wrong if she says she feels proud.

    • @jeff, Excuse me, nobody is talking about her acting. Did you listen to the audio at all before jumping? She feels proud because she is nominated among the likes of Jackie. That sounds pathetic to me and yes, I have the right to my opinions. Wait, a guy using “mtchewww”; bush boy . The little girls don’t use that no more.
