In what came off as a joke and a plot to seek attention, Elikem and Pokello were asked to present this year’s VGMA Best Collaboration of the Year award—and after a long unnecessary talk on stage, Elikem proposed to Pokello who looked into his eyes and said YES…
But the loudest noise of the night from the auditorium came when Shatta Wale was announced as the 2014 Artiste of the Year, pushing Castro, Kwabena Kwabena, Sonnie Badu, Sarkodie, Samini and Guru aside to make a well deserving mark.
