Maybe we should cut Yvonne Nelson, Yvonne Okoro, Sandra Ankobiah and the others who wear knock-offs, ranging from dresses to watches and hold fake bags a slack—because even the Hollywood stars are doing it.
We all know that is not an excuse so let’s tear things down and let our local celebrities learn from this—because fans and viewers at home are getting smart. Perhaps the ignorant ones are dying of malaria…
Actress/reality TV star Elise Neal and her co-stars from Hollywood Divas appeared on the TV talk show-The Real and guess what, Elise Neal was wearing a fake Balmain dress from the designer’s FW2012 collection.
Trust viewers to have good eyes so PLENTY people took to instagram, facebook and twitter calling her out–and we are sure when she got home, she threw the dress into the bin. Now, she is probably watching her back, hoping the designer does not come after her fake butt with a lawsuit.
If you can’t buy it, don’t wear it–and we hope our Ghanaian celebrities who sleep in knockoffs boutiques are reading this.
