It looks like things have moved out of the conspiracy world to a corner where certain well educated Africans and African-Americans like Dr. Randy Short are more than certain that EBOLA was created the USA government—and they claim to have documents/patent papers to back their assertion.
In a recent debate (4th October) on Press TV, the question; is EBOLA Man made was considered and it is definitely a must watch.
Interestingly, instead of the United States’ President-Barrack Obama deploying doctors to Africa to help fight EBOLA, he has deployed thousands of troops—making people ask; what for?

Finally, Dr. Shorts and some few articles I have read have confirmed my speculations that Ebola is man made. My warning will go to African leaders especially, not to go in for any Ebola vaccines or antidote from U.S at the expense of giving America control of our continent. Some can be fooled but not all. I also believe there are plans of bringing it (EBOLA) to Ghana but it cant be in JESUS name. they are finding ways and means to do it but it wont happen. SHAME on you OBAMA. YOU ARE A DISGRACE!
I told a cousin and a friend about this months ago but never believed me. I don’t need facts nor proof to believe this. GOD PROTECT OUR CONTINENT!

It is also capable of transmission by air over a short distance, maybe a few feet! These viruses are studied semi-secretly in labs around the world and experiments are done manipulating them. Smallpox was thought to have been eradicated until a lab accident released it in recent times and a woman contracted it.
But the outbreaks in Africa are being caused by the underdeveloped medical systems and endemic poverty.
