According to a Ghanaian lawyer GhanaCelebrities.Com spoke to, this could be a ploy to get Kwaw Kese out of jail by securing a court bail. The lawyer said, this is a common defence tactics and most instances, it works in securing a bail, citing health reasons.

Once the detainee has been addmited to the hospital and has a doctor’s report to back his bail request, judges normally grant the requested bail, said the Accra based lawyer…
