Kwaw Kese will be celebrating his Christmas and New Year in jail—a clear indication that, he has been screwed and being punished for knowing the law and breaking it with impunity.
Surely, when Kwaw is finally let go in January or after a possible prison sentence—he will stay away from every herb, including green tea.
The Ghanaian musician appeared in Court today in Kumasi and broke down in tears when presiding judge-William Boampong denied him bail on health grounds AGAIN.
Crying Kwaw Kese said to the judge; ‘Opanin me sere wo me nko babiaaa na mo ma me bail, me sere mo” which in English means ‘ I won’t disappear to anywhere so please grant me bail’.
Kwaw Kese who is facing criminal charges relating to smoking weed in public with impunity will appear at the court on January 5 for trial.
The many attempts to secure bail on health grounds have not worked—and it doesn’t seem it will work after his lawyer screwed up the first reasonable chance. Therefore, instead of bail, Kwaw’s counsel should prepare for trial.
He will be jailed for sure

Now this is really sad, rly rly sad, I feel so sorry for him.
I think they are just using this to send a message out there, he just happens to be the scapegoat. These things are needed, it’s in the right direction.
I also think his lawyer is not very good, he should change lawyers and pay Chris to go and represent him…lol…
