When I say as Ghanaians we have no regard for the law with our law enforcement officers being the captains of human rights abuse—and gross disregard for the law, people may not understand but the below video should give you a clue.
Of course it’s a crime to defraud—and the same law that makes this a crime has instituted appropriate punishments for those who fall off the slope of the law. But in Ghana, mob justice is on the rise and even the police allow it to happen as though it is permitted to some extent.
The below video shows a 49 year old man- Kwaku Badu who is reported to have been caught defrauding a number of bank customers. Apparently, he “moves from bank to bank pretending to me a staff member who can help you jump the queue to deposit your money. He will then disappear with it. He was caught in Kumasi doing this.”
So it’s obvious this man is a criminal but the way he is treated in the video under below under the watch of the police makes those doing so also criminals, especially the policeman—now who is any better?
Watch the video below (it may take a few seconds to load)
Useless police and stupid people. Ghanaians are full of iniquities.
What a shame…..
