World Oldest Man Dies in Japan At Age 112 | He Revealed His Secret to Long Life Before So Check It Out!

The world oldest man-Sakari Momoi has died at age 112—and if you are wondering how he managed to live that long, he mentioned healthy eating and getting plenty of sleep as the secret to his longevity before he died.

Many of us hardly sleep for long—and on top, we eat whatever at whatever time.

According to Japanese media, Sakari Momoi died today…

Momoi was born in an area of Fukushima hit hard by the tsunami and nuclear meltdowns of four years ago in February 1903 – the year the teddy bear was introduced and Orville Wright carried out the first powered, heavier-than-air flight.

He was named the world’s oldest man in August 2014.

For occupation, Momoi was a former teacher who spent his days practicing calligraphy and taking part in recreational activities at the hospital where he lived—and he wore a suit and tie for a ceremony to receive a plaque from Guinness World Records.

U.S. resident-Susannah Mushatt Jones, 116, is the current world’s oldest person with Japanese Yasutaro Koide, born in March 1903, a little over a month younger than Momoi as the current world oldest man.
