Sad News: Ghanaian Actress Vicky Zugah has been hospitalized after a car crash in Accra on Thursday.
The near-fatal accident occurred when a KIA truck veered into her lane and crashed into the side door of her car; and causing damage to the windshield of the car and some particles entered into her left eye.
“[Doctor] suspects pieces of the glass might be in my eye because my eye keeps getting red…there is blood on it and it keeps spreading all over and the swell wouldn’t go down”, she told myjoyonline.
Vicky who has been admitted at the Lapaz Community Clinic is expecting to be transferred to the Korle-Bu Teaching Hospital for specialist treatment on the eye.
Reports indicate that, The driver of the Kia truck fled the scene after the incident.
The actress was returning home from a movie location at about 2am when this tragedy befall on her.
