For a great portion of her professional life Gifty Anti has had to deal with stories of her spinsterhood, people always being on her case for not getting married rather than focusing on the fact that’s she’s a formidable person who’s made it in her chosen field.
Recently however, she revealed that in the near future, she’ll be tying the knot. The great day in her future would certainly pacify the hordes who has been on her case for so long.
However there was only one caveat, she refused to name who the man was.
“I’m very much engaged and very much attached,” she said stirringly to DJ Black.
When asked to reveal his name, she said “I can only say the initials of his name perhaps…N-A-K.”
Well the mystery behind N.A.K has been decoded. The man who is set to marry Gifty Anti is none other than Oyiakehyire Nana Ansah Kwao IV, Chief of Akwamu Adumasa and host of ‘That’s My Opinion’, an award-winning show on Joy 99.7FM.
Nana Ansah Kwao IV has been dating Gifty Anti for over two years now, and he confirmed to Razz that the plans to marry Gifty Anti are in motion.
Like Anti, however, he was reluctant to give any exact date.
“Honestly, I am yet to fix a date,” the Chief said.
We couldn’t be happier for the pair and when they finally tie the knot, it should be a memorable day in Ghana. Now can we all get back to applauding Gifty Anti for the great work she does?
