At the party office on Monday to pick his nomination forms, the President was in a good mood and probably that made him say some crazy things.

According to John Mahama, the former ‘dead goat’, his government has been impressive and he expects Ghanaians to hand him another term in office in 2016.

“Our record in office is impressive and all of us can be proud about it,”

“I look forward to four more years in the Flagstaff house,” the President added.

“My story in office has been one of the overcoming challenges but also stories of hope.”

It has certainly been a story of challenges, hope, not so much. Listing the problems facing this country now would be a never ending exercise.

With the shape NPP is in though, this dead goat just might get his wish.
