Lamar Odom’s condition has been steadily improving since he was found unconscious at a Las Vegas brothel last week. However, he suffered massive organ damage, is currently on dialysis, and might need a transplant in future.
Showing how much power the Kardashians hold in pop culture, some fans have been sending messages to Khloe promising to donate their kidneys to Odom if need be.
According to TMZ, however, other fans are tweeting, offering to sell their kidneys. One fan offered the organ for $25,000; whilst another seems to be going for the jugular with a $100,000 offer.
It’s not exactly clear who are being real and who are being just their normal social media trolly self.
