It appears to be a mixed feeling for American country singer-Miranda Lambert, after her ex, Blake Shelton and Gwen Stefani confirmed that they are officially an item.
Miranda, who parted ways with Blake some few months ago after four years of marriage; penned a heartening message on social media amidst Blake and Gwen Stefani’s new relationship.
After bagging home the Female Artist of the Year award at the CMA Awards on Wednesday for the sixth time, the 31-year-old took to her Facebook page to share a photo of her cuddling with a horse with the caption; “Today was a day spent reflecting on this amazing life that Nashville and country music fans have given me. And my friends. I’m so grateful #inspired.”
“I’m still floating around on a cloud from last night,” she continued. “Thank you so much @cma for celebrating country music in a big way and for letting me be part of it.”
On what seems to be her reaction on her ex’s new found love, the ‘Bring Me Down’ crooner in a different post shared lyrics from Lake Street Drive’s song “Better Than,” which reads: “I could spend ages reading the news / I could spend days, singing the blues,” the lyrics read. “But I turn up the TV light / Give up without a fight / Better than pretending to know what’s wrong and what’s right.”
