These extremists keep killing people in the name of God, yet we’re told we cannot blame religion for it. Never mind that any holy book you bring up has several injunctions for violence.
With the violent attacks on France barely a week ago that shocked the world, it remains business as usual in Nigeria- as Boko Haram continues their terror unabated.
A bomb blast at a vegetable market in Yola on Tuesday killed thirty people, and injured many more, the BBC reports. Whilst no one has claimed responsibility, Boko Haram insurgents are the most likely culprits.
Yola is in Adawama State, which is one of the worst hit since the insurgency began. This is the second time this year it has been hit by such an attack.
Emergency officials have revealed over 80 people have been sent to hospital with varying degrees of injury. Nigeria’s President Buhari was in Yola last Saturday, where he declared Boko Haram was close to defeat.
