Afia Schwarznegger has only been a few months at Kasapa FM, but she already seems like she’s ready to move on.
The female presenter, who also works for sister station UTV, has been poached from the Despite Group to the Class Media Group, which is seeking to re-establish itself on the local scene.
According to NewsOne, the controversial presenter has informed her bosses at Kasapa that she would be on leave until the end of the year. However, the publication says the presenter has no intention of returning to the station, instead set to join Accra Fm.
Accra 100.5 Fm is a subsidiary of the Class Media Group, which also operates Class Fm. The station is their latest acquisition, which was formerly known as Meridian Fm.
Afia made the big move to Kasapa in March this year, at the time when the EiB had freshly launched and was poaching all the top talent around. It seems that little honeymoon has come to an end.
