Behind every cloud there’s a silver lining, they say. After spending some time in prison, helping the people in there has become kind of a mission for ‘the man insane’
He has already carried out several initiatives aimed at helping inmates, and he has announced another one, set for the most romantic day of the year.
He posted on his Instagram page a plan to feed 4,000 of the inmates of the maximum security prisons in Nsawam. His sojourn in prison opened his eyes to the sordid plight of the prison population in Ghana.
Kwaw Kese got in trouble with the law after being arrested for smoking marijuana in public during an appearance in Kumasi. He spent a few weeks in custody, before finally being sentenced to a day in prison for his infraction.
