Bisa Kdei is already touting his credentials for artiste of the year, whilst Shatta Wale somehow keeps fighting for VGMA recognition despite sh*tting all over it just a year ago; all telling us that the awards nights is just around the corner.
The artists alone aren’t the only ones who can blow their own horns, other industry stakeholders have their own opinions too. Kofi Kinaata is one, stating in an interview who he thinks qualifies most to make the final cut for this year’s award.
He spoke on Accra Fm this Saturday; nominating Shatta Wale, Stonebwoy, E.L, Bisa Kdei and Sarkodie as the ones he thinks performed best for the year under review.
For his part, Kinaata believes his song The Crusade, with Donzy; ought to get nominated for the Best Collaboration of the year award.
