One Direction’s Louis Tomlinson is very happy with the arrival of his first child, whatever the circumstances surrounding his conception- but he would soon have to pry open his wallet.
Los Angeles based stylist Briana Jungwirth, a close friend, gave birth to the singer’s son; and now the financial settlements for raising the child has to be settled. According to the Sun, the figure being talked about is in excess of $50,000 per month.
The family of Jungwirth is demanding $641,954 per annum for the next eighteen years, until he becomes an adult. That would total $11.5m. Not a picnic for most families, but Tomlinson should be able to handle it.
A source involved in the negotiations told the Sun “There will be little manoeuvring over final figures but negotiations on both sides are cordial and should be wrapped soon.”
Tomlinson last week, became the first member of boy band One Direction to sire his own progeny, welcoming a son into this world. The group is currently on a break from music, ostensibly giving Tomlinson more time to spend with the new arrival in his life.
