‘Ekiki Me’ hitmaker Wisa is battling a prosecution for ‘gross public indecency’; yet he sees it fit to indulge in actions that could jeopardise his freedom.
The singer’s lawyer, Jerry Agbenovor, withdrew his services for the singer at his court date today; because he claims no negotiations for his remuneration has ensued between the two of them despite the work he has done for the artiste.

This lawyer, remember, is the one who came up with the ‘innovative’ defense that what Wisa showed on stage was not his d*ck but a dildo.
Wisa was granted bail during his first court appearance, after pleading not guilty to indecent exposure for showing his d*ck on stage during last year’s Decemba 2 Rememba.
In court, the judge ordered the prosecution to produce the video of the singer showing his manhood on stage. The case has been adjourned to February 5.
