Love, they think, is blind. But what really is blind is infatuation or lust. People do so many things in the name of love. Some of these things are just mind-blowing!
Valentine day is fast approaching (the season of love): do not fall victim to any of these ‘love conditions’.
give up your dreams
You should settle down with someone who either has the same ambitions as you do or who will inspire you to aspire higher. If you are content to become an un-aspiring person, then do not blame them when they start giggling or biting back smiles (we see what you do when that lower lip is hiding behind those front teeth) at texts from that co-worker of theirs.
Give up your job
So your partner has a ton of money and can take care of you. Are you a gold digger? You should be ashamed of yourself to think about relying on someone else for their money. If your partner were the right person, they would support your career instead.
Change your appearance.
There is an exception to this. If your appearance does not advance a positive image, then your partner is right. However, if you are compelled to make a change against your nature, then that’s plain crazy. Like one time at Accra Mall I saw this black girl and a Whiteman hand in hand. This girl had a blond weave on! Wow! That fast turned her into the biggest laughing stock anyone could ever create.
