It must to be nice to have this much pocket change, to enable one buy a $23m apartment barely six months after purchasing an $18.5m one.
Cristiano Ronaldo is the one with this much pocket change, and he is reportedly planning to buy a recently opened up space in the Trump towers, an apartment that is believed to have once been used by the Donald’s parents.
According to TMZ, Ronaldo is contemplating buying the 63rd floor apartment, which is valued at $23m- boasting 3,700 square feet, and spectacular views over both Central Park and the city.
“The current decor is perfectly in keeping with Trump’s signature real estate style, boasting antique furniture, wood panelling and marble floors.” MailOnline writes.
TMZ adds that several other high profile suitors are interested in the apartment, whose final owner would be decided by the board that runs the building, headed by known other than Donald Trump.
Ronaldo paid paid $18.5 million for a 2,509 square foot loft in the Trump Tower on Fifth Avenue last year, and he wants to add another one. He is definitely planning a permanent move to the US one day, isn’t he?
