The Accra Circuit Court hearing the case of ‘Ekiki Me’ singer Wisa, has issued a bench warrant for the arrest of the singer.
The trial judge was forced to issue the order for the singer’s arrest after he failed to make a scheduled appearance in court today.
Wisa was charged with ‘gross indecent exposure’ after he displayed his p*nis for all to see during last year’s Decemba 2 Rememba. He later apologised, but then pleaded not guilty in court, his lawyer claiming that what the singer showed was not his dingdong but a dildo.
That same lawyer abandoned the singer during his last court appearance for failing to pay him, and it is not immediately known if that played a role in the singer’s inability to make this latest court date.
This whole process has been one case of poor judgement after another from this Wisa kid. He better wisen up or he’s going to spend some good time in jail.
