For instance, with the price of ilk on the rise, you can wire into the mind of your family the fact that too much of dairy products can be detrimental to health. Or even sugar. You can decide to cut down on meat and incorporate more of vegetables into your diet.
You can shop at places where foodstuff is cheaper. These are not difficult to find, you can just ask around. Consider buying in bulk.
All lights should be switched off during the day and window curtains drawn during the day. This way you will not need to switch on the fan or the air conditioner. These are examples of subtle changes that you can make to save you money.
