Kanye West has had a busy past few days. Launching Yeezy 3, his album ‘The Life of Pablo’- and of course, getting into it with Taylor Swift.
So maybe he’s not so much on top of his game. After announcing the release of his album, available for streaming on Tidal, Yeezy then went on a bizarre twitter rant encapsulating several topics.
That in and of itself is nothing remarkable. It was when he claimed he’s $53m into debt, and called for fans prayers to solve the issue, that jaws really dropped.
It’s surprising, because even though reports in the past have claimed Ye went into massive debt to finance his move into fashion, he’s worth a reported $100m. His wife’s no slouch either, worth an estimated $50m.
But then, 50 Cent was just as loaded, and he declared bankruptcy out of nowhere. That’s never going to happen to Kanye though, is it?
