Bishop Daniel Obinim said he was surprised so many people expressed shock when he talked about his abilities to transform into any animal on planet earth, especially the pastors. According to him, that shows how unique he is.
So I suppose Sam Korankye Ankrah must be jealous of Obinim’s powers, which is why he must be saying what he is in the below interview.
Speaking on Starr Chat Wednesday, the Royal House Chapel head called Obinim’s antics as ‘magic’ and ‘unChristian’; arguing that he should be punished, but its difficult to do because not all churches belong to the religious oversight bodies.
“It is sad,” he told Bola Ray.
“And people are making fun and I feel ashamed, and the question is who is bringing the preacher [Obinim] to book? Who is ensuring before you mount the pulpit you are qualified and licensed to do that?”
Licensed to preach?
He went ahead to call Obinim’s boasts about his powers “unbiblical, unchristian, magic”
“These people are not members of our Council and it’s difficult to stretch our hands.” He continued. “They are freelancers and it is [difficult to deal with them]. Everyone who is leading people by preaching must be made to belong to one of these council overseeing bodies so when they go to that excesses they are checked.”
Awww. Some magic practitioners are complaining because other people are laying claim to magic more egregious  than the ones they are used to. Transforming into animals is magic, but turning water into wine is not?
