T.B Joshua Claims He Predicted The Recent Terrorist Attacks In West Africa- This Sick Gloating In Other’s Misfortunes Must Be Stopped

It’s absolutely sickening, the way many ‘prophets’, or whatever they call themselves, but T.B Joshua in particular, attempt to make hay out of the massacre of other human beings to further their own nefarious purposes.
Joshua’s entire brand is that he ‘predicts’ things, so he stands in front of his congregation and says the most generic stuff. Then when the inevitable occurs, rushes to claim credit for ‘predicting’ the doom in the first place.
So he is telling us that his God foresaw these disasters, and then calmly watched them happen because…? What purpose does this sickening rush to claim credit after every disaster serve, if not to prop up the Joshua brand so he can get more gullible people to come and donate their hard-earned money to him? I thought Christians were not supposed to be boastful?
It’s sickening, it’s appalling, and it dishonours families who have painfully lost loved ones when he comes out to make some sort of victory parade out of their deaths. Most especially you consider that these supposed ‘powers’ could not warn him that his own church was going to collapse and kill a ton of people.
T.B Joshua, the head pastor of the Synagogue Church of All Nations (SCOAN) has written on Facebook that he predicted the recent terrorist attacks in Cote d’Ivoire and Burkina Faso.
Joshua was referring to his end of year sermon where he said that… “More African countries will be under siege by terrorists because of pros and cons in choosing leaders. Mishandling of electoral processes will create a conducive atmosphere for terrorists.”

Remember Prophet T.B. Joshua’s words on December 31st 2015 when he gave a prophecy for 2016: “African leaders should…

Ok? That is the most generic thing I’ve ever heard. There is absolutely no evidence that ‘mishandling of electoral processes’ led to the attacks on Burkina Faso and the Ivory Coast. Both countries held elections late last year, but compared to what has happened in the past, both were relatively peaceful. So that part is bollocks, and he is claiming credit for the simple fact that terrorist attacks occurred. But if I asked you to name three constants in today’s world, you’ll probably tell me that water is wet, the sun rises in the east, and that you’ll hear a story of at least one terrorist attack per day.
Al-Qaeda in the Islamic Maghreb is growing, having carried out two out of the three attacks that have hit West Africa in the past six months. The situation is dire enough that Ghana is raising our terror alert level. If, in the probable event that an attack hits this country, is he going to sickly claim credit for it? But then which election would we have mishandled?
This kind of perverse pleasure in claiming credit in the suffering of others must be stopped. But the legion of gullible followers of this man, plus millions of other Christians, would keep mute over it because they are too indoctrinated to ever lift a hand against a ‘man of God’.
In that same sermon T.B Joshua also said this- “Some (African) countries will suffer excessive rainfall while others will suffer drought.” Yeah? Tell me something I don’t know. How the hell is that even a prophecy? Any schmuck you meet on the street can tell you that rainfall is not evenly distributed, and many countries worldwide would suffer some of these conditions. But this is what I mean when I say generic prophecies, because it’s just a blanket statement that this man can use to claim credit for something that’s inevitable anyway. Read about Haley’s comet, to find out how real scientists make predictions based on calculations. Those are the kind of ‘prophesies’ that should be respected, not just someone standing before their congregation pulling words out of their a** and then gloating about it when people die later.
Let one pastor sit in his room and predict the path of a hurricane, solely via a ‘vision’, then he might earn some respect. Saying terrorists would attack nations or that some people would suffer drought is as impressive as me telling you the sun would come up at 6am.
