Nigerian actress Genevieve Nnaji, star of an uncountable number of movies, is turning 37 today (Tuesday, May 3)
The actress, who has been turning out in Nollywood movies for close to two decades now, is generally considered one of the top acts to come out of the country.
Nnaji is a graduate of the University of Lagos, and started out as a child star, branching into music before eventually returning to acting.
She has appeared in movies such as ‘Most Wanted’, her cinematic debut in 1998, as well ‘Sharon Stone’, ‘Deadly Mistake’ and many, many others.
Nnaji is a Member of the Order of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, bestowed on her for her contributions to the Nigerian industry.
Happy birthday to her… and at least we know her birthday is merely a day off that of her biggest crush.
