Nana Kwaku Bonsam was hailed by most after his ‘prediction’ for the Hearts-Kotoko game seemed to have come true, and now he wants credit from Kotoko or he would turn his wrath on them.
The priest said before the game that a ‘Mallam goal’ (a goal scored with the aid of supernatural forces) would decide the game, although he failed to mention in which team’s favour the Mallam goal would go.
After Kotoko won the game 1-0 with the aid of Hearts goalie Soulama Abdoulaye, Bonsam claims he helped them win, and wants them to give him his due or suffer his wrath.
In this interview, he says he doesn’t need money or anything of the sort, but just acknowledgement of his help. In lieu of that, Kotoko would go on a losing streak they are bound to regret.
With the powers he has demonstrated with Monday’s game, maybe Kotoko do not want to risk alienating him at this moment. Only in Ghana!
