While most people make the supposed after-life their head ache, which inevitably robs of them of today and somewhat shapes their conception about life all together, Ghanaian actor, Kingsley Kofi Kyeremanteng, popularly known as Ajos of the 80s and 90s TV drama group-Osofo Dadzie says he does not “give a damn” as to where he will go when he dies.
The fact that 4 out of the 8 actors who starred in Osofo Dadzie are dead, with Osofo Dadzie, Super OD, Akua Boahemaa and Ajos being those alive does not succeed in smacking the fear of death or the unknown consequence of the after life into the actor.
For him, death is inevitable, it will come to everyone and whatever happens after that, no one knows and he doesn’t care.
Speaking to Deloris Frimpong Manso on her Delay show, Ajos said; “You look at people like Aliu Mahama, Komla Dumor, Baah Wiredu, PV Obeng….life is a journey.”
Considering his appearance and being 64-years old, Ajos looks damn young—and he says, this is as a result of the good care he takes of his heath.
He said; “I’ve never smoked before, I’ve never drank alcohol. All I do every day is to drink water, exercise and eat fruits.”
As usual, Delay poked him—asking if he sleeps with a lot of women as rumours have it. The actor then replied by saying, once a man marries the most beautiful woman around, he will never involve himself with any woman.
He added; “Every woman has two breasts, so does my wife. Once you jump from your wife’s breasts to another set of breasts, it adds to your expenses.”
Ajos who has been married to one woman for 30 years with 4 children says, it’s expensive to even go after other women because the cost of phone call credits alone is capable of building for you the foundation of a house.
And he says, he has never cheated on his wife of 3 decades.
