There have been rumours going round for a while now that Iggy Azalea and Nick Young have split. But the pair finally came out today to confirm they’ve called it quits.
Iggy took to Instagram to confirm the split. She said even though she still loves Nick, she had to quit because of trust issues.
“Unfortunately although I love Nick and have tried and tried to rebuild my trust in him– it’s become apparent in the last few weeks I am unable to,” the 26-year-old rapper stated in a statement released on her Instagram page.
“I genuinely wish Nick the best. It’s never easy to part ways with the person you planned your entire future with, but futures can be rewritten and as of today mine is a blank page”.
Nick Young also hopped on social media to confirm the split. Taking to his Twitter account, the Los Angeles Lakers player simply wrote: “Single”.
