Hammer of the Last Two Brilliantly Explains How the NDC May Comfortably Win the 2016 Elections Despite City Dwellers Constantly Crying About Dumsor

One of the biggest stones cast against the ruling NDC government is the fact that, Ghana is experiencing unbearable power crisis—the truth is, only a few cities such as Accra, Kumasi and Cape Coast are affected by this Dumsor.
The larger part of Ghana do not have to deal with this Dumsor problem as much as the people converged in the highly populated cities.
For instance, a family member at Techniman in the Brong Ahafo region says, she always has electricity and does not understand what the whole Dumsor social media fuss is about.
Since votes are equally valid irrespective of which part of Ghana it is cast, it does seem like the NDC government has intentionally forgotten about the city votes just to serve the big towns and villages—providing them with roads, hospitals and others.
And this may work to the favour—such that they would be able to win the 2016 elections to the utmost shock of the Dumsor criers in places like Accra.
Ghanaian music producer-Hammer of the Last Two fame has in a facebook post brilliantly summarize this as;

Cities back to dumsor load shedding.
City dwellers pissed and plan to show Mahama.
Rural areas exempted from dumsor.
City dwellers forget rural electorate have the deciding vote.
Mahama & General Mosquito laugh enter transformer.

This is just not an absurd theory—it is capable of happening.
