Rapper Wale, born Olubowale Victor Akintimehin, is currently a dad after he and his girlfriend welcomed a  daughter into the world.
Wale’s long time girlfriend Chole Alexis went into labour Wednesday, yet delivered only Friday afternoon in a hospital in New York, TMZ reported.
An ecstatic Wale, who had to cancel a concert due to the development, took to twitter to announce the exciting news, as well as his daughter’s name – Zyla Moon Oluwakemi.
Wale, 31, is a Nigerian American rapper who hails from the District of Columbia and is currently signed to the Maybach Music Group.
