The Black Stars of Ghana are set to take on the United States of America in a friendly international slated for October this year.
The match is set for October 11 in Washington DC, a week after Avram Grant’s side play their opening world cup qualifying game against the Cranes of Uganda.
Talks are far advanced for the game to take place, with the tentative venue set to be the RFK Stadium in Washington DC.
The game would be the fourth meeting between the two nations at senior level, with all three previous meetings coming at previous world cups. Ghana lead the head-2-head by two wins to one.
