The Black Stars have moved a step up in the latest released Fifa World Rankings, both globally and on the continent.
Ghana has moved to 35th in the world from 36th in last month’s ranking, and have also overtaken African Champions Cote d’Ivoire to number 2 on the continent.
The Elephants have exchanged places with the Black Stars, dropping to 36th, whilst Algeria’s Desert Foxes remain top in the continent, ranked 32 in the world.
Globally, nothing has changed in the top five, with Argentina leading the way, followed by Belgium, Colombia, Germany, and Copa America Champions Chile.
