Adele is devastated she’s had to give up eating pizza to protect her voice. The 28-year-old soul superstar had been looking forward to indulging her love of the food while on tour in the U.S.
Apparently alcohol isn’t the only thing the singer has to give up. The star is on strict orders to protect her voice on tour, after having vocal chord surgery in 2011.
Revealing the reasons for the pizza prohibition she added, “Because it’s got cooked tomatoes on it which are bad for your throat and give you acid reflux. How bad is that, that I can’t eat pizza, can you get over that?”
