4. The Trouble Initiator
These kind of tenants literally live on trouble. They find delight in making your stay in the not so comfortable house pure misery. They have an insatiable satisfaction urge and nothing you do ever pleases them–they are often the rowdy, loud and out of place type of people.
The kind who would ask a male tenant to scrub the bathroom and sweep the compound , the type who would complain about someone using her drying line. Surprisingly such tenants have followers, she initiate a problem, stirs and fuels it and soon everyone would be sing the same song to you. They are just trouble and once they are on your case, you would forget how to even smile.
