Ghana captain Asamoah Gyan is currently undergoing a medical with English second division side Reading FC ahead of a loan move to the side.
Gyan flew into England Sunday night to commence talks with several English sides, and it seems the Championship side has offered him a deal on loan.
Gyan is currently undergoing a medical with the side, the BBC reports.
The 30 year old skipper of the senior national team left England to the UAE five years ago, before leaving for China last year to join Shanghai SIPG. He has since been declared surplus to requirements and is now fighting for a loan move back to Europe.
If he passes the medical, the official one year loan move should be completed today.
