Highly acclaimed Ghanaian music producer George Forest is reportedly dead.
The award winning producer reportedly took ill recently, leading to visits to the hospital with his family which unfortunately failed to curb his malaise. He died early Wednesday, August 31, at the Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital.
Forest was most known for producing hits Gospel songs, and has worked with a wide array of stars including Obaapa Cristy, Cecilia Marfo and Gifty Osei. He also produced some hiplife songs, including the uber popular Nana Achaempong hit “Anka Ebeye Den Na Aye Wo Ya”.
