It is either God has a lot of airtime or He is enjoying some freebies to be making these many calls— why He has not called me yet I cannot think far on that. Even the one who we have been made to believe created us says he came for the unrighteous but from all indications some of these purported Christians and gospel musician would not go beyond nothing to bring the sinners to the light and it looks like we have one female in that square.
I personally see nothing wrong with performing in the night club if that is going to win souls for the God you claim to be serving but that is just me and as Lil Win will put it obiaa ne no choices.
Ohemaa Mercy who swept the award of Favourite Gospel Icon Award Winner at the Kids’ Choice Awards 2016 says she would never perform in the night club even if it is going to convert millions and even if she is given all the wealth  in the world— she still would not trek those grounds.
According to the artist, there are other means of making people see the light and spreading the gospel so she would rather resort to those means in lieu of gracing a night club stage.
She established that unlike others who think the gospel industry is part of showbizness, she shares not in that because she believes gospel music is a ministry not the former. Adding that it is more of impacting lives positively and transforming people with her songs.
She however confirmed that because she has the music side as a person, she needs other people to manage the business side of her. But when it comes to her as a person she always has to be careful as a gospel artiste in order not to backslide because she has been called by God.
On whether she will ever perform for free, she said would gladly do and the fact is she has done that severally.
