Though the model-Nana Yaa who featured in Lord Paper’s much talked about Awurama music video has said she did not nothing wrong and does not understand why Ghanaians are making a big fuss about the content of the video, Paper himself has apologized.
Lord Paper is reported to have explained on Onua FM’s entertainment show on Thursday that although the act portrayed in the said video looks real, he did not in reality have sexual intercourse with the Nana Yaa as captured.
“I wanted it to look real, like we were actually doing it [having sex]. I will be very honest, I had an erection but there was no penetration,” he said.
Responding to the backlash, he said: “I did this video for particular people but with the way it’s gone, I’m sorry it won’t happen again.”
As to why he picked Nana Yaa as the right candidate for the raunch video, he said:
“She had this natural looks and stuff as compared to the other girls so I just had to make that decision.”
Interestingly, Nana Yaa’s father who was heavily disappointed by the fact that his daughter starred in that video in a manner he deemed appalling recently told Peace Fm that he believes his daughter is possessed by a demon.
