It was a rabid Monday night in New York when the two people vying to become the next leader of the world’s most powerful nation clashed on a debate stage for the very first time.
Real estate mogul Donald J. Trump vanquished 16 seasoned politicians to win the Republican primary, and now faces off against the ultimate career politician – former first lady, US senator and Secretary of State – Hillary Rodham Clinton.
Trump came into this contest more polished than he usually is, obviously coached by his handlers to appear more ‘Presidential’ if he is to convince Independents. It led to an intriguing battle in which both sides drew blood, but which Clinton appeared to have won overall.
