Apparently Adele is having consistency issues— she says this and means the other the next day. The singer has just changed tunes with her newest utterance on the Brangelina break up.
Suddenly she says she does not give a hoot about the divorce and I also have an issue with that— why should she care and why must this be made an issue, why is she trying that hard to prove a point.
The 28-year-old addressed the shocking split last Tuesday during a gig in New York, telling fans:
“I need to address the elephant in the room… it’s the end of an era. She then dedicated her show, which she called “two hours of misery”, to Brad and Angelina”.
But the Hello hitmaker has u-turned dramatically, setting the record straight in Madison Square Garden on Sunday night.
“I don’t care that they’ve broken up. I couldn’t give a f***ing s**t! [The press] are making out that I’m heartbroken. I don’t care, I don;t know them. Who knows?”
Break up if it don’t work out, that’s what I always do. If it don’t work out leave ’em. I wish you both the best, but I don’t care,” she insisted.
“I know I try and tell a lot of jokes and maybe my delivery isn’t always spot on. I’m not an actual comedian, so my timing isn’t always great. I didn’t mean it literally. As if I went home crying about it… ridiculous”, she continued.
