Why is this man obsessed with describing everyone as a joke when it’s conventional wisdom that he’s the biggest joke in Ghana politics?
He recently described his disqualification from the Presidential elections as the ‘joke of the century’ – and he’s now calling perhaps the most serious politician in Ghanaian political history a ‘comedian’.
Can one person possess such a complete lack of self awareness?
Ayariga appeared on Starr Chat Wednesday when he made the pronouncement. According to him, Nana Addo is an old comedian who should simply retire and leave the politicking to others.
“Nana Addo is a comedian,” he told Bola Ray.
“If I were him I will retire. Anybody at the age of 72 would have retired,” he added.
Touching on his disqualification, Ayariga said he still does not understand it because he did everything right.
“I’m not a happy man when it comes to things that I do right and somebody will disqualify us. [My party is] the most vibrant political party in the country”.
