Mzbel was hit with a barrage of insults and criticisms from Ghanaians when she took a below the belt hit at NPP flagbearer Nana Addo Dankwa Akuffo-Addo on social media.
Mzbel threw shade at the 72 year old opposition leader for his Kalyppo photo, claiming that because he was drinking the juice he was not taking care of himself.
She shared a photo of President Mahama on Sunday and wrote…
“He cares about his health cos he cares about us, so he only drinks H2O and not sugar solution mixed with some bronya colors lol ?? #WaterisLife”
Mzbel unfortunately forgot that Ghanaians have no chill. Followers immediately began taking her to task over her comments and it was not easy for her in the comments section at all. Only one or two people were coming to her defence, everyone else was dumping on her.
Having had enough, she’s been hitting back at them subtly over the past couple of days.
“Anger / Jealousy / Hating is an acid that can do more harm to the vessel in which it is stored than to anything on which it is poured. Lol ? ?” she wrote on Monday.

Then earlier today (Tuesday) she wrote…
“You can’t let praise or criticism get to you. It’s a weakness to get caught up in either one. ??”

Those insults (and some were really vulgar) must really have gotten to her.
