Lawyers of Dr. Papa Kwesi Nduom indicated that they will go to the Supreme Court should the High Court fails to rule in their favour–concerning the disqualification of Progressive People’s Party’s presidential candidate-Dr. Papa Kwesi Nduom.
Now, there wouldn’t be a need for that as the High Court has ruled in a favour of Nduom and the PPP, meaning, we will be seeing Nduom on the ballot paper, unless EC challenges the ruling at the Supreme Court.
The judge who heard the case-Justice Kyei Baafour ruled that the EC breached the regulations by not allowing Dr. Ndoum to make amends.
He asked EC to allow alterations and then make a decision after the corrections have been made.
